Two distinct voices, one instinctive connection
Vladimir and his brother Anton have been playing together since childhood. Close both on and off stage, their musical partnership developed naturally over the years, and in 2013 they formed Vladimir & Anton as an official duo.
Their repertoire moves freely between classical favourites, folk traditions and iconic popular melodies — from Hungarian Dance No. 5 and Bella Ciao to Bohemian Rhapsody. Their arrangements bring the two violins into constant dialogue, leaving plenty of room for improvisation, spontaneity and the instinctive understanding between them.
From an intimate performance with piano to a full orchestral concert, Vladimir & Anton can adapt to stages of any scale.

Anton Jablokov
Anton is Vladimir’s younger brother and the youngest violinist in the Jablokov family. The two grew up playing together, but developed very different musical personalities along the way.
While Vladimir built his career in Ireland, Anton continued his studies across Europe, developing a particular love for improvisation and the freedom of jazz, folk and Romani music. His playing brings a different voice to the duo, and much of the character of Vladimir & Anton comes from the contrast between the two brothers.
Anton studied with renowned violinists Mincho Minchev and Sergei Krylov and has performed internationally both as a classical and crossover musician.
